Add contribution guide for adding an adapter to CopilotKit

I have created a doc for creating a new adapter ollama, if it is good I would love to make changes as per your requirement.

Can we dockerize the IDE and run that docker container on a cloud server and access it from the browser? Is that possible if so how?
