just reran the checks, scanner is failing for github.com/emicklei/go-restful

tested this with hardcoding, added followup issue (#660) to add end to end testing as discussed

upgrade all feature complete, #592 will be follow up

Investigated this with update all and scanner patches: - For **debian non-distroless** images, the status file is properly updated with new versions of packages when comparing locally and using crane....
