yes. i did install using conda. But still i am getting that error.

No module named 'numpy.distutils._msvccompiler' in numpy.distutils; trying from distutils customize MSVCCompiler customize MSVCCompiler using build_ext building 'pyart.io._sigmetfile' extension compiling C sources error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat Still getting same error....
