Since it has icon-start/end, is the workaround workflow possibly confusing? I suppose `text-disabled` might also be confusing because there's no `text` prop like Action? Does the `value` prop play a...

@mattdente This would update the multi-select appearance. If you'd like to see an empty state in the `selection-mode="single"`, would you be able to log a new issue?  above to use `icon="blank"` or similar approach to hide the drag handle, but retain space for it.

Note, the square color field above should have the lowest priority. Will need feedback from teams as it may have adverse affects on layouts.
