This is still an issue. You can add words to the workspace dictionary via code actions or even add words directly, doesn't matter. Next spell check cycle they all get...

The top URL works for me, the bottom one 404s.

A similar idea was raised in another of YAML's repos and a [solution was offered to do this with existing syntax](https://github.com/yaml/yaml/issues/47#issuecomment-507219021).
