I thought I'd document my cursory experience for anyone that comes across this: - as explained in the (possibly updated) original post, the setting (`permissions.default.shortcuts = 2`) does not work...

Does this (and should it) manage software? Is there an equally easy way to install the programs these files configure? Like a one and done way to just get moving...
