It seems the release name is mixed up (note, `x86_64` vs `x64_86`): ``` Expected: php_mongodb-1.20.1-8.2-ts-vs16-x86_64.zip Actual: php_mongodb-1.20.1-8.2-ts-vs16-x64_86.zip ```

It should be possible to automatically attach the Windows binaries with this GH action, or at least use it to form a basis for automation: https://github.com/php/pie/blob/main/docs/extension-maintainers.md#automation-of-the-windows-publishing
