breaks when <script> tag is inside nested_fields block

That’s what I figured. The reason for having inline js is accidentally the same reason nested_form_fields has inline js: to store a template (https://github.com/tomasc/simple_form_attachments). But yeah that’s a bit tricky....

scrollHorz with progressive loading results in "broken" transition

Looking at the [demo](http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle2/demo/progressive.php) it seems this is the intended behavior? Just seems funny to me that the automatic transition looks like it should, but the manual doesn't ;)

aspect-ratio uses height/width instead of the correct width/height
