Fix #167 by making the API class public

The external API class in [src/ExternalAPI/API.cs](https://github.com/GER-Space/Kerbal-Konstructs/blob/master/src/ExternalAPI/API.cs) is private, but it should be public for it to be able to function as intended.

Somehow the Firefox console screws up the newline:  When copied and pasted to notepad it works fine.
