Third party Wii U Pro controller and Wii motes won't synch

The exact same issue also applies to the Wii Balance Board, it pairs fine without the plugin installed.

I have the exact same issue on an AMD GPU using Windows 11. When I use the nVidia GPU it works without any problems.
