It would be good to add a brief section in the linear solvers section of the amrex documentation that describes agglomeration and consolidation and what the default behaviors are.

EB-aware mac_interpolate for advecting tracer particles

It would be good to have an EB-aware version of mac_interpolate (which is called from TracerParticleContainer::AdvectWithUmac in Src/Particles)
