Upgrade webdev from 2.7.8 to 2.7.9, it seems that was fixed

Add the xD operator, the :D one and the _blushes_ one... And @Deltaphish, I would just deprecate the "iws" and leave it for legacy, _bikowz_ what would happen to people...
