Maybe the opportunity as you restore this PR to add it piece by piece, like the core_run vs core_scan rename, the Rfpath introduction, etc., so it's more incremental.
weird, looks like @rakeshmane added a commit to add a changelog entry, but it does not show when looking at the PR content. Anyway can we merge this @brendongo ?...
There's some tree-sitter grammar for Powershell https://github.com/PowerShell/tree-sitter-PowerShell but it has not been maintained and it looks very incomplete.

No progress unfortunately. If we had customers asking for powershell, things might be different, but right now this is very low priority for us. Regarding how you can help, there...
cc @mjambon who made some transition to use Fpath.t who has a bit of experience of Windows vs Unix path.
Can we rebase and merge this? Is it still needed?
