Splitting Snap into it's own ticket after some experimentation (#29 ) . Going to instead use `cargo-deb` to build the deb packages, and then publish to a PPA.

Welp. Looks like I underestimated just how painful it would be to get a PPA going. I'm going to work on building a deb and serving it as a build...

Removing from 2.1.0 consideration as it appears that FlatPak isn't quite there with regards to CLI tool support. I am open to accepting PRs for it, however.
