Yes there is already a bugfix for that. use "theme": "Dark-Material.sublime-theme", "color_scheme": "Packages/Theme - Dark Marterial/schemes/Dark-Material.tmTheme", should be working on the latest version (appeared 30 minutes ago on PackageControl)
