grid is only showing my name

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. All of my grids are gone. I can only see myself. If I look at the list of participants, I can only see their thumbnail. If I click each thumbnail one at a time then I can see them but I cannot see myself. In other words, I can only see one person at a time no matter what. It won't let me go back to pre-extension mode.
