Yes, the stochastic process is non-convex on the state variable and time-dependent. This is not compatible with SDDP requirements, but a similar approach is actually used in Brazilian official models....

@andrewrosemberg @grochacunha just added a pull request for this. Have a look. I implemented it as suggested by @odow, and now it would be possible to create a custom sampling...
