As an Issuer, I want to have an Issuer attestation, So that I can list trusted Issuers with their portals on Verax Explorer main page and help users with data...

I expect to be able to filter the attestations by: - portal - schema - subject - time interval

The alternate view should allow for better understanding on what my attestations are, as they would include more metadata on a single page.

There's a an issue with padding in Info menu in the top navigation bar. 

[BUG] Explorer - search by decimal attestation IDs doesn't work

Currently attestations can only be searched by a hex representation of their IDs. Decimal representation yields no result.

To future-proof Verax Explorer, an update for `wagmi` from version v1 to v2 is needed.
