bamtobed can not open online references, it is the expected behavior?

Dear all,

Using bamtobed from the latest bedtools stable version (2.30.0) to convert CRAM without not capable to open online references

bamtools bamtobed -i <file.cram> > <output.out> [W::find_file_url] Failed to open reference "https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/cram/md5/dcd15cdff49363080fd1a719fd03d69b": Protocol not supported I was wondering if It is expected behavior or not.
