GroupBy: Settable parameter for suppressing re-ordering of columns

Dear Aaron, it would be nice to have a settable parameter for suppressing the re-ordering of columns (columns within the -g parameter first and columns within -c parameters afterwards). That makes especially sense if you just want to reduce a data file, for example, if you have a gtf file which has only exon and cds entries but you want to incorporate gene and transcript entries as well.
