I'll take a shot at this. We have more context to do page lookup in userspace than the kernel does, so we ideally should be able to do better here.
Can I work on this if nobody else is and there's no other blocking thing?
I'm struggling about the need for doing anything here. Even with reorderings of IO by the kernel, the *Async instructions still return `StepResult::IO` when the page they need is locked....
