Hyprland not starting up in default fish shell

I have changed my user default shell to fish using chsh. My root shell is still dash. But somehow in this case hyprland not starting up and stays at login...

Question: is there any way to make the background completely transparent?

if I clear the background using `:hi CodewindowBackground guibg=NONE` still there is a black background. Is there any way to make it completely transparent ?

Hello, I already installed required packages using composer. But now It throws this error.  Any HELP !?
