Ok, I will check and try to find the reproducible scenario.
Business customers request to be able to select the time themselves and also to select that emails are never deleted.
We decided to make the time configurable by the sender, probably even per email.
Closing issue since it is not reproducible with the latest release.
This is actually still reproducible, currently with the desktop client on Linux, v. 3.122.5 But it only seems to happen with in some cases. We need to investigate this.
