I would prefer the colors to be opt-in, or it could be opt-out as well, I see that as perfectly reasonable. It could be a flag.

@maruacat I would also want this feature. I can contribute code to add this feature. This is a problem with DocumentServer, specifically the "server" module?

I believe that Manifest v3 is possible. There are userscript managers for Safari that use MV3. I'm certain there will be a sacrifice in the power of userscripts, though.
