depends on what you want to backup, but to be safe I would say just copy the whole `.config/heroic` folder I haven't really done the research to know what files...

use the "Manage accounts" section in the sidebar to login (the one you are using is broken in the last release and will be fixed in the next release)

I think this is really out of scope of Heroic given there's better alternatives. It would be too much work for such a small use case
