profiles.ini can't be read if encoded in anything that isn't UTF-8

After checking several different ini parsers, it appears that Go just really doesn't like UTF-16 and the such. So basically until Go provides an easier way to read other encodings...

We should support the [`theme_icons`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Add-ons/WebExtensions/manifest.json/browser_action#theme_icons) property for the `browser_action` key. This property is currently supported in Firefox only, but it's the only thing left for this plugin to work on...
