I've attempted another `rebuild-toolchain` with the latest changes to see where the current state of things are at. With the default shell:  Similarly with bash:

I just pulled in these changes and tested it locally, and it appears that `pvr` is missing a defined heading colour for the tables.

Is this road mapped at all? Or is there an ETA for this? Or an appropriate work around? Unfortunately this is a major blocker.

@airbreather is there an upstream issue or branch that we can follow the progress on?
