ScalaMock: broken dependency

The ScalaMock github repository doesn't seem to exist anymore, which prevents sbt from loading the project.

This mostly means that we now have an indirect dependency on cats 1.X instead of 0.9.X

The bitset for Service (used in Duration) is only 128 bit long. A Warning should therefore be shown when start_date and end_date in configuration are separated by more than 128...

Currently, it seems that only one client can be connected.
