Challenges with Scaffold Statistics in SOAPdenovo2 Assembly: Number_of_contigs_in_scaffolds

Hello there,

I'm having a problem while attempting to create an assembly using SOAPdenovo2. The issue lies in the results I'm getting. I've experimented with various k-mer lengths using the command "SOAPdenovo-63mer all", but when I look at the "scafStatistics" files, the entry for "Number_of_contigs_in_scaffolds" shows as 0, and all scaffold numbers are equal to Singleton_Num. Could you provide any assistance or insights regarding this problem? attached is the scafStatistics for kmer = 51 scafStatistics.txt
