I would make sure the video.js dependency is up to date. Also, I believe Firefox's ability to play mp4 is largely OS based so make that a .ogv video file...

I've been testing on Android Chrome. It's definitely the ol' autoplay issue. For jumplinks to work, the player has to be currently playing.
