Currently it leads to a 404 page. Many organizations ([BlkInData](https://blkindata.github.io/contact/), [MiR](https://twitter.com/mir_community?lang=en), [ROpenSci ](https://ropensci.org/contact/)) like to have a form, and with [Netlify forms](https://docs.netlify.com/forms/setup/#html-forms) there doesn't have to be a third party....
