I believe this is a known issue with Firefox and the `position: sticky` CSS selector, but the experience of scrolling through a post with the sticky TOC is pretty jumpy....
If I set the sticky menu globally, it only affects pages, it still doesn't affect the home page, or any other pages like `sitemap` or the single card pages in...
