Issue logging Symfony Doctrine errors

It seems like errors with Symfony Doctrine (e.g. SQL errors) are not getting logged. The `log()` method of RollbarLogger stops at `$serialized = $payload->serialize($this->config->getMaxNestingDepth());` and the response doesn't get sent....
