Each database should have an UUID, to ensure that the rod_ids in linked databases point to proper data.

rod.yml could store the mapping between databases and their directories, index sizes and similar options

in order to minimize restoring of referenced collections a mechanism for index modifications should be devised

It is only needed in runtime - stroing it in the DB is redundant.

The class ids are not valid, if the module (parameter) is not Object.

The call should not accept true/false as the second argument.
