Does anyone understand what is the root cause of the issue on Ubuntu 22.04 and are there known workarounds?

Please provide the manifest for the ClusterIssuer/Issuer - and remove any secrets, if they exist in the manifest. As well the Certificate manifest. Thanks

The community is still open for anyone to add the external issuer, however need to understand how to overcome the hurdle of e2e tests that do not incur costs
