I’m running into this issue any time I restart homeassistant. Reloading the integration manually fixes it. I’ll add an automation to check and reload.

On my end the bluetooth issue with raspberry Pi popped up in 12.1. Downgrading to 12.0 fixes the problem. In case others are searching for how to downgrade the OS...

I just tried 12.2 and the problem may be fixed.
