…all grammar selectors :host is gone and atom recommends removing it. They are requiring every grammar selector to be prefixed with syntax-- as well. This was also throwing warnings.

This was throwing warnings because they changed how the shadows work.

Fixes Issue #118 where databases were not being dropped if the database was not yet open
