### Question 因在实际使用中，HertzBeat 1157 端口是使用Nginx进行反代访问，在新版本中发现Collector Cluster 1158 端口若使用Nginx转发的情况下，下游部署的采集器会持续占用系统CPU及RAM，且会产生非常多的日志（启动1分钟大概160MB日志）  部分日志内容：  
### Is there an existing issue for this? - [X] I have searched the existing issues ### Current Behavior docker部署hertzbeat v1.3.1/v1.3.2/v1.4.1，配置了网站监控（网站在别的服务器），每分钟探测一次，且响应超过1000毫秒就告警，原本都正常，没有告警。重启hertzbeat所在服务器，会自动启动docker，之后十来分钟内，大概率出现超时告警，查看监控历史数据，基本响应都是5秒，所有网站都是如此，都是5秒，但此时网站是没问题的（响应很快），如图  ### Expected Behavior 网站监控不受hertzbeat重启影响。 ### Steps To Reproduce...
