[功能建议] 自定义动作条支持装备部位筛选

很喜欢自定义动作条这样的功能, 使用场景: 我把比如装备\爆发药水一类的动作条拖到一个比较显眼的地方,但是不太需要监控可使用的工程腰带\披风一类的部位 目前我的方案是在黑名单加入腰带\披风的具体物品ID,切换装备后又要重新设置 比较麻烦 能否直接设定为某个部位加入黑名单

起因: 在使用plugins相关配置后,部分用户会出现CDN的 d3.min.js 加载异常缓慢 想要的功能: 能否在全局提供配置,覆盖掉PLUGINS_URL这个写死的地址?  如果需要手动处理每一个加载后的事件,业务上处理起来会麻烦很多 期待能提供一个可覆盖全局的配置方式
