We released v0.19.2 that using FBSDCKCoreKit that already adding Privacy Manifest, please try it.

@oremlawi do you build using 0.19.1 or 0.19.2 ? There is another issues about the Privacy manifest #347 and it should be rejected on 1 May. Could you assist us...
