Yeah, I've thought about `~/.captain` file too. But both of this ways could work together. `add` command could append directory to the `~/.captain` config file.

PRs are welcome. If it's supposed by [badge poser](https://github.com/badges/poser) library it's easy to add here

Feel free to add PR for it. If current badge generation library supports it, it should be not hard to do.

You could add issue in their repo. As soon it will be supported, it will be easy to add it here.
