CVE-2020-28168 - Medium Severity Vulnerability

I have a very similar issue with pm2 5.3.0 but with this vulnerability [CVE-2023-45857](http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-45857).
