FWIW, I'm seeing the same error while using `lsp-java`: `Warning (lsp-mode): Unknown request method: sts/javaSuperTypes`.

@yejianfengblue sorry for the late reply - I just tried out LSP with doom emacs and a large java project, and I don't seem to be seeing this issue anymore...
