You should always pull new commits before reporting issues. And you should report issues to the fork you are using, e.g. not here. Update untrunc and then try again.

Difficulties during compilation is one of the reasons I started a [fork](https://github.com/anthwlock/untrunc). It has other advantages as well. Check it out.
I had a similar problem, where `Codec::isKeyframe()` always returned false. I was able to [fix this](https://github.com/anthwlock/untrunc) for my files, does it work for yours too?
