How's that related to this PR tho? That's something to be decided on the ESLint Stylist side, right? I am not sure if we should enable it by default tho...
I am not so sure about the complexity introduced here to support a simple ignore feature - shouldn't the Biome side provides better DX on this?

I don't know where does it need MCP? I guess you can just ask the agent to use `ni` in your prompts?
I am a little worried about the complexity introduced here. Would running `nr` and using the prompt to select works more universally?

Why do you need it? The reason it wasn't included because there in Hast/HTML here isn't a useful presentation for the extra scope informations
