It's not possible to drag window when you watch youtube
Describe the bug
The position of the hidden drag bar is entirely overlapped by YouTube's menu. I suggest allowing right-click to drag the window, adjusting the drag bar position, or providing developer tools so I can delete webpage elements myself.
Reproduction
just open youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpWgsc_A9mg
