There seems to be bad copy/paste here. The `parent :Span[F]` parameter should not be there IMO

The connection pool uses the `full` recycler and there is no way to change this behavior. As mentioned [here](https://github.com/typelevel/skunk/blob/2eb6655c2b9bd900c3a94c98f2ff93ce2c7917da/modules/core/shared/src/main/scala/Session.scala#LL346C3-L351C1) this might not be the best default for every application.

Now that #13 is merged, It would be nice to have a new published release.
