Yes, I can confirm it works but, as a requirement (at least in my Ubuntu distro) you also need to install php-imagick-all-dev (and not only the php-imagick), otherwise, the PDF...

 Didi you mean something like that ? I think a solution can be raising message width view. Better if width can be dynamic.
