Chiming in here to support requested clarity and possibility to NOT give write access to Actions. Considering what Actions does, I'm not comfortable granting a ticketing system action-taking capabilities there.

I'm interested in what ever happened to this tool, a year later - is it still actively used in Slack? What are development plans? Will it continue to get support...
