Thanks for your comments. For default replay gain you can set it in Preferences -> Playback -> ReplayGainMode Track and set the Gain level

Guayadeque dont set the replay gain tags or let you edit them. The replay gain tags are handled internally by gstreamer.

Its showing here. Be sure you clear all selections to check ratings. Because the current ratings selector is affected by previous selections like Labels, Genres, Album Artists, Artists, etc

If you did a new scan of tracks and you don't have the option to save rating to tracks then the ratings are lost on a new scan.
